To plan your visit, please be aware of the latest requirements for COVID-19 security within the centre, our shops and restaurants.
According to the latest Government Guidance, we are asking customers to continue to wear a face covering when visiting the shopping centre, shopping in our stores, and when moving around within our restaurants.
The wellbeing of our staff and customers continues to be our top priority, and we are committed to making your shopping experience as safe as possible. Please protect yourself and others by wearing a face covering.
What are you doing to protect your customers?
The health and wellbeing of our customers, employees and retailers is paramount. We are following Government guidance with the introduction of physical distancing signage. We have increased our cleaning regime with a focus on cleaning common touch points including handrails, door handles, security access barriers etc.
We have also introduced a hand sanitisation station inside our community hub, The Field, that can be found next to Debenhams.
Where can I find information on the measures you have taken within the centre?
On our website you will find a page dedicated to the safety measures we have installed which provides information on what to expect during your visit, such as example signage, where to find hand sanitiser etc.
How can I enter the shopping centre?
The access routes into the centre have not changed and you can access Three Spires as you would normally.
Is the car park open?
Access to the two council operated car parks has not changed and can be reached as you would normally. Sanitising of the ticket machines is undertaken by the local authority and physical distancing is sign posted at ticket machines.
Where can I find hand sanitiser?
Our hand sanitiser/washing point can be found in our community hub, The Field, next to Debenhams. Access is limited to two people at any one time and floor markings are in place for physical distancing.
Why are you not taking people’s temperature?
Three Spires is following current UK Government guidance for reopening Shopping Centres to ensure the safety of our customers, employees and retailers. Temperature checking is not currently required.
Can I bring my children in?
Government guidance recommends shopping alone where possible. However, we understand that this is not always possible with families.
Why is there a limit to the queue numbers outside certain shops in the centre?
This is for the safety of all shoppers, to aid in a safe customer flow throughout the centre and retail stores whilst adhering to physical distancing guidelines.
Why are not all the benches available?
To adhere to physical distancing guidelines, some of the seating at Three Spires is not currently available to use.
Do I need to wear a face mask?
In line with the latest Government Guidance, as of Tuesday, 22nd September, it is compulsory to wear a face covering when visiting the shopping centre, shopping in our stores, and when moving around within our restaurants.
